This is my first experience with a Holy Stone drone and I was blown away at the quality of this drone, especially at this price point. This drone is easy to fly. My 6 year old was able to fly it right off the bat without much practice. Take a look at my video review for a run down of the drone as well as footage of it being flown by my 6 year old and me.
What I like
– Quality build
– Crashed it several times without any damage to the drone
– Flight time was not bad considering size of drone and batter
– Easy to control
– Control is very responsive
What I didn’t like
– Headless mode works but the constant beeping is too much
– The replacement blades seem to be 4 random blades, not exact replacements for each of the 4 blades. (see video for more details)
– Return to home didn’t always worked and usually resulted in a crash
– Control has no labels
Even with the few complaints, I really like this drone. I would not hesitate to buy it again. I would recommend it for kids and adults a like. I hope this review was helpful for you. Thanks!
***UPDATE***
I want to make sure that those reading/watching my review know that at the time I purchased this drone it was $30. Despite the cons I listed, I love the drone because it is well built and all the functions that are important to me work great. Is the drone perfect, no. If a flawless headless mode or a return to home function are critical to you at this price point, then you might want to look elsewhere for a drone.

A ton of fun for everyone. This quad handles amazing. It has 3 different modes for beginners to more advanced flyers and really is a lot of fun to fly. The last week it has been past around to several friends and they were mostly new to flying. It holds up well after countless wrecks. – haven’t even bent a prop. It’s very stable and responsive and the lights on the bottom are bright enough to identify front and back from a ways away. This can be a indoor or outdoor quad and it’s pretty quick in the highest speed. Recovery from flips and rolls is pretty quick too. 100% recommended, you won’t regret it!

This quadcopter has 3 modes. 1 for beginner, 1 for intermediate, and 1 for advance. The advanced mode is very sensitive and the quadcopter can fly very fast. There is also a headless mode which is for beginners who are still learning to fly and it is very easy that way. Flight time is 10 minutes. Charge time is about an hour. I got this for free/discounted in exchange for an honest review.
The instructions were easy to follow and understand. The helicopter is very stable to fly indoors and you can also fly it outdoors. My video demonstrates the functions of the helicopter.
