  Someone on youtube says this is an underrated camera. He is right. I recently bought this camera and I loved it. I’m a professional photographer who was looking for a light equipment for daily use. Often it’s very uncomfortable to carry with big DSLR anywhere. First you have to be clear that this is not a camera for pro use. It is on a different segment so it is needless to say that is bad camera or this camera is missing this and that. Actually you can’t find a cheaper camera with the same specs so please do not compare with advanced systems. Currently there are mirrorless with better performance but very expensive and smaller sensors. I saw several pictures that were taken with this NX3300 and what I saw was the sharpness even with kit lens also the affordable price. So if you are someone who was looking for an inexpensive good image quality camera this one could be great. You have to take the time to read the manual to become familiar with its functions, after that it’s easy to use.

  Here are my PROS and CONS:

  PROS:
  – Inexpensive
  – Lightweight
  – Nice image quality even with kit lenses
  – Wi-Fi and NFC system
  – Fun to use
  – Nice quality at ISO 3200
  – The camera body although it is of plastic material feels solid
  – Good set of NX basic lenses

  CONS:
  – Maybe too much lightweight (I feel that the camera can fall from my hands)
  – Plasticky Kit Lens 20-50mm
  – If you have the flash on the camera you couldn’t fully flip up the screen to selfie mode
  – You can’t send or edit RAW images on camera (bad if you want to transfer to your phone via WI-FI)
  – No social media direct upload

  Autofocus does not work, making the camera all but useless. It constantly goes in and out of focus & when it does settle, it’s badly blurred.
  I don’t know if mine was defective or they are all poorly made, but I’m not going to risk another $400
