  I received this TV 5 days ago and I absolutely love this Sony XBR-65x810c TV! After I Unboxed it, installed it, downloaded the latest firmware, and adjusted some of the display settings to fit the environment in which it was being viewed, the picture is unbelievably gorgeous! I could not be happier with this purchase! I was vary glad to find a beautiful 4K TV without having to pay for the extra 3D feature. I’m not a big fan of 3D and would never use that. I really like all of the features like Screen Mirroring, Playstation plus integration with my PS4 controller, quick access button for Netflix, and the “Football mode” button that lets you quickly change the display for ultra clear viewing of any sport! I still have a lot of features to discover, but I’ve got to say that I think this TV was a fantastic deal and worth every penny when compared to what is out there right now. This TV has made me a Sony customer for life! (My previous TV was/is a 52″ Sony Bravia HDtv which is still going strong and is now mounted to our bedroom wall providing a great picture after almost 9 years of constant use.)

  I purchased this TV from Buydig via eBay for $850 and it’s worth every penny.

  Pros:
  – The picture is quality is amazing. There’s not a lot of 4K content out there but everything that’s 1080p or better looks like magazine print.
  – Android software is awesome. I like being able to download apps that I’m familiar with. Hopefully, they will have regular software updates and add additional features in the future.

  Cons:
  – The sound is probably the worst thing about this TV. You will definitely want to get yourself a Sound Bar. I’m guessing this is true about all flat screen TVs because all of the ones I’ve seen have pretty terrible speakers.
  – The stand feels a little flimsy. You can definitely make the TV wobble by applying some pressure on it.
  – Bluetooth connection only supports accessories at this point. According to Sony, future updates will add additional support.
  – The remote control is terrible. There are many features lacking such as a button to quickly scroll through the picture modes.

  This really is a good TV for the price. I did not purchase from Amazon this time since a local retailer gave me a better price and I was able to walk out the store with this TV for a couple bucks over 1k. I have only had the TV for few days, but so far no problems and I am really enjoying this new set. I previously had a 50″ Panasonic Viera Plasma so this was a big step up for us. I’m glad that I waited so long to make the jump to 4k… as the 4k market is getting very competitive right now. There is a large selection of value 4k TV’s out right now from Vizio, Samsung, etc… but I think this one is probably one of the best out right now. Even though this is an LED TV the blacks are very comparable to my old Plasma, but not LG OLED black. However, the colors are well balanced, no motion blur, amazingly crisp image, lightweight with a thin bezel, super fast processor, etc.. I could go on and on about the pros of this TV. No complaints so far and I will update this review about a month from now once I have had more time to go through all the features.
